Birthday Parties

Our Children’s Gymnastics Birthday Parties are a simply unforgettable way to celebrate your little one’s special day. Catering for groups of up to 30 children aged 0-12 years old, we can guarantee a Birthday that is packed full of fun!

Our Birthday Party schedules and prices vary slightly depending on age range and day. A general structure of what you can expect can be found below. If you have any questions at all, please contact us.

Party slots are available on Saturdays at 2-4pm or Sundays at 1-3pm  

Gymnastics Birthday Parties for Children aged 0-4yrs

Our stay and play Under 5’s Birthday Parties provide the opportunity for children to have complete access to the full gymnasium and all its equipment. Whilst there are staff on site, parents will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of all children in attendance, and we ask that this is done on a 1:3 parent to child ratio, please.

Gymnastics Birthday Parties for Children aged 5-12yrs

Our 5-12’s Birthday Parties provide the opportunity for children to have complete access to the full gymnasium and all its equipment. Parents are responsible for all children in attendance, and this must be provided on a 1:3 parent to child ratio, please. Our gymnastics coaches will be on hand throughout the duration of the party and will lead the children in some structured warm up’s and games.

Food Packages

Party Food Platters are available to add on to your party booking at a cost of £6.00 per head. Platters contain a selection of sweet and savoury nibbles alongside sandwiches. Please note that if you would like to add table decorations (table cloths, plates, cutlery, cups, napkins, party hats) this can be added for an additional cost of £20 per party (for up to 20 children, additional £1pp thereafter). 

If you would like to add either of these options please contact the club once you have made the party booking.

Please be advised that we charge a £25 late leaving fee if party over runs more than 5 minutes.
