Recreational Gymnastics

Our Recreational Gymnastics classes are for children aged 4-16 years and provide a fantastic opportunity for your child to explore, learn, develop, and perfect their gymnastic skills over time.

Upon joining a gymnastics class, your child will focus on developing their strength, flexibility, agility, and co-ordination in a fun and safe environment. Your child will have the same highly skilled gymnastics coach each week so that they can build a good relationship with them. The coach will support your child in learning how to listen, follow instruction, and develop determination by working on skill repetition.

To ensure that all our gymnasts get the most out of their tuition, we test everyone twice a year using our bespoke ‘Proficiency Badge Scheme’. We have found this beneficial for everyone as it allows the gymnastics coach, the parent, and the student to understand where they are in their progression and be able track their improvement together.

We keep class numbers limited to 7 children per group to ensure your child gets the very best gymnastics tuition. The classes run for 49 weeks of the year, and your child is welcome to join at any time!
